IMPORTANT: SHIPPING PAUSE
From December 19, 2024, to January 1, 2025, no shipments will be processed. Orders placed in that period will only be processed starting January 2, 2025.

CUSTOMS & TAX INFORMATION

For orders over £135, import charges (a £5 handling fee and 20% VAT) apply and must be paid separately by the customer directly to the shipping service provider DPD before delivery. Once the shipment reaches customs, DPD will send an email to the customer with instructions for paying the duties and taxes. If the customer fails to make the required payment (within 7 days) and the package is returned to us, we will charge the return shipping fees and deduct them from the amount paid.

For orders below £135, the price already includes taxes, and no additional costs will apply.

DISPATCH CONDITIONS

Orders within this shop can only be delivered to the United Kingdom.
For Orders to the EU please visit our EU Shop.
Orders to Switzerland can only be placed via our Swiss Shop.

No delivery is made to the following regions: Argyll and Bute region with Loch Lomond and Inner Hebrides, Clyde Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Skye, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Orkney Islands, Outer Hebrides, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands.

DISPATCH COSTS
Shipping of orders to the UK is free of charge.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by e-mail. Therefore, we do not charge any shipping costs for gift vouchers.

DELIVERY PERIODS
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, delivery shall be made within 3-6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
