Our gift vouchers are delivered via email and include all necessary information for redemption. There are no shipping costs or additional handling fees.

Please note: Vouchers paid via bank transfer will be sent once payment is received. For other payment methods, vouchers are sent immediately after placing the order. Our voucher conditions apply.

Can I print the voucher?
Absolutely! Upon purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to view and print your voucher.

Do you offer physical voucher delivery by post?
To minimize environmental impact, we exclusively provide digital vouchers. Physical vouchers are not available.

What is the validity period for the voucher?
The voucher must be redeemed within three years from the date the voucher code is sent. It expires after this period.

Which products can I use the voucher for?
The voucher is valid for all products in our online store, covering the total invoice amount including shipping costs.
